We took some photos on Oct. 17 at Hollywood studios that are not showing up. How can we retrieve those photos?

Bright Suns Vreshiuna, and welcome to planDisney!

It sounds like you recently returned from your journey to a galaxy far, far away, but may have left a few essentials back on the Planet Batuu. No problem! I'm happy to assist a fellow traveler. Fortunately, with a quick interspace transmission, the hard-working Droids behind the scenes should have your photos to you in lightspeed.

Vreshiuna, you'll want to contact Disney PhotoPass directly to locate your missing images. I recommend filling out the electronic help form here. The more details you can provide, such as the time and precise location within Disney's Hollywood Studios where the picture was taken, the better chance you have of a speedy delivery. Just this past summer, my Youngling and I enjoyed a ride on Slinky Dog Dash. Our Disney PhotoPass image didn't show up right away, but after using the aforementioned contact form, our on-ride photo appeared just a few days later. If you prefer to speak with someone on the phone, call (407) 560-4300 to inquire about missing photos. Best of luck with your mission, and may the Force be with you!

I hope this is helpful, and that you are successful in your quest. Reliving our vacation memories through pictures is one of our favorite activities for curing the post-Disney blues. Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question, and when you're ready to start putting together your next adventure, don't hesitate to reach out again.

Greetings! I'm Betsy, a middle school teacher, wife, and mom of two. No matter how many times we visit, there is always something new to see, ride, or eat at the Disney Parks. Learn More About Betsy
