Welcome to planDisney, Mashica!
Oh, bother! I'm so sorry that
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party sold out before you were able to purchase a ticket. I know that disappointment is compounded by the fact that you took time off work. I wish I could wave my magic wand and come up with a solution.
Unfortunately, since Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is a special ticketed event, Guests who only have a standard theme park ticket have to leave Magic Kingdom Park at 6:00 PM.
Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade has two showings a night, one at 8:30 PM and one at 11:00 PM. Therefore, you wouldn't be able to see the parade, I'm afraid.
Mashica, I know that's not the news you wanted to hear. As I type these words, there are still tickets available for December 11, 13, and 15. If you could reschedule your trip, you'll still be able to join the party. If not, I guess there's always next year.
Let me assure you, Mashica, that there is still so much
Christmas magic to see and experience. Some of my highlights include the
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Remix on
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, the Santa Claus Motorcade at Disney's Hollywood Studios, the Merry Menagerie at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, the
Disney Springs Christmas Tree Stroll, and simply visiting the Disney Resorts and checking out all their magical décor. As you can see, there's so much—TOO MUCH—to do. Therefore, I'm sure you'll have a truly wonderful time.
Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney, Mashica!
Mike
