I took my first Disney Cruise in Oct - an I automatically enrolled in the Castaway Club, or do I have to sign up? I though it was automatic, but I haven't received an account number of anything yet. Thanks!

    Hi Anne Marie,

Since you're asking about your Castaway Club Membership I'm going to assume that you want to keep being part of our Disney Cruise Line magic!  Smart girl!  For me it's the most spectacular place to be.

Membership to the Castaway Club is automatic once you have sailed on a Disney ship.  Of course, member benefits are based on the number of times you've sailed with Disney Cruise Line.  Let me just say that one of my favorite parts of being a Castaway Club Member is the excitement of waiting to see what surprises are waiting for me in my cabin!

You can look up your Castaway Club Membership ID by looking at Disney Cruise Line's Castaway Cay webpage.  There is a box on the left hand side of the screen that says "Enter Your Castaway Club ID".  On the bottom you will see "Look Up Your Castaway Club ID" in blue lettering.  You should be all set then.

I hope this helps!  Happy sailing!!!
