Took family to BW villas 12/10 & had incredible time - many thanks for MOMS help! Now looking to book another trip. Definitely want another villa set-up - thoughts on Boardwalk v. Beach Club v. Wilderness Lodge (or others)? Can't thank you enough!

    Hi Lauren,

I'm so pleased to hear that your December 2010 vacation was extra special!  I can certainly understand your desire to book your next visit in a villa.  Once you've stayed in Disney Vacation Club accommodations, it's hard to stay anywhere else.  They are so comfortable, spacious, well-appointed, and convenient.

You definitely have a tough choice ahead of you if you are trying to decide between the villas at Disney's Beach Club Resort, Disney's Boardwalk Inn, and Disney's Wilderness Lodge.  I'll give you my extremely biased opinion.  If you are a regular reader of the Moms Panel site, you probably already know that Disney's Wilderness Lodge is my favorite resort on the entire planet, so that would be my choice.  It is just a four minute bus ride from the Magic Kingdom and you won't find a better themed resort anywhere!  However, if you enjoyed being extremely close to both Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot last December, then I would say give Disney's Beach Club Resort a try.  I stayed there with my family in a two bedroom villa last month and it was enchanting.  With Stormalong Bay, it also has an extraordinary pool and water slide that you won't find at the other two resorts.

So, best of luck to you as you decide.  You certainly can't make a bad choice!

    Best wishes,
    Jill
