    Took the advice to make a room request. I called and requested a room assigner however, I was never transfered and the person who answered said she documented my request. Is this good enough or should I call back and insist on a room assigner?

    Hi Chris - If the request is documented, you should probably be all set.  Did you call the resort directly?  Either way, I'd recommend that you call the resort directly about 10 days prior to your arrival and see if the request is noted in your reservation.  It's always better to be safe than sorry.
