Greetings Journey and welcome to planDisney!
My wife just mentioned to me that we need to try
Tony’s Town Square Restaurant again! It’s been many years since we have dined at this Magic Kingdom classic, but it is certainly time to join Lady and the Tramp again for a heaping plate of spaghetti!
Journey, unfortunately, on a night when there is a
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, the Magic Kingdom closes at 6:00 p.m. for non-party Guests. With the park closing at 6:00 p.m. you won’t be able to attend a 7:20 p.m. reservation at Tony’s Town Square unless you purchase a ticket to the Halloween Party that evening. Beginning at 6:00 p.m., Cast Members will start directing non-party Guests toward the park exit and will scan MagicBands and tickets to make sure you have a party ticket.
I would recommend looking at an earlier dining reservation time before 6:00 p.m. A reservation in the 5:00 p.m. hour would be perfect if it fits your schedule. This would allow you plenty of time to savor a romantic meal at Tony’s and do some people watching on your way out as the party gets started!
Journey, you could also use your last park hours on experiences and shopping and make a dining reservation at one of the spectacular locations on the Disney Monorail loop. So many options to choose from at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa or Disney’s Contemporary Resort! My choice would be
‘Ohana at the Polynesian, which is my family’s Disney Vacation Club home.
Journey, whatever decision you make, you are going to have an amazing adventure on this journey! Don’t forget to enjoy a Mickey Bar or two!
