I have tons of questions.. group of 9 planning a visit.. when does WDW announce the dates for the Halloween PArty for 2012.? we can't even agree where to stay.. :-) moderate for sure.. but how to make everyone happy??

Tons of questions, you say?  Well then, Jone, you have come to the right place.  Ask away!   The Walt Disney World Moms Panel would be delighted to assist you as you plan your upcoming Disney vacation.

I believe that the dates for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party are typically released in late spring.  If you look at the pattern of party dates for 2011, you'll probably get a pretty good idea when the party will be offered in 2012.

I'm glad to hear that you are focusing on where you'll stay as one of the first big decisions you make regarding your 2012 Disney vacation.  That is a great place to start.  Here's how I recommend you keep everyone in your travel party happy.  Show them the beautiful pictures from the moderate resorts available at Walt Disney World.  Ask them all to vote for where they'd like to stay.  I bet you'll be able to reach a consensus fairly easily.

Once you've decided on a Disney resort, feel free to come on back to the Moms Panel and ask about any additional questions you may have.  Perhaps you'd like to know more about transportation options, shopping, recreation, or the Disney Dining Plan.  Just let us know how we can help you.

Have fun as you plan your very exciting 2012 vacation!
