Well hello, K. Thanks for reaching back out to us at planDisney. Repeat customers are our favorite!
At this time, there is no toll-free phone number for Guests from Canada to call the
Walt Disney World Resort. As such, I recommend
calling right when the phone lines open, which is typically 7 a.m. EST. I have always found that the shortest wait times are first thing in the morning!
Many tasks related to your
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel room reservation can be done right on your My Disney Experience account. From some modifications to cancelations to adding certain things to your package, there is a lot you can do without having to call. Simply log into your
My Disney Experience account, click on "My Plans" from the My Disney Experience dropdown menu, and scroll down until you see your reservation. There is usually a "Cancel Reservation" and "Modify Reservation" option here. If for some reason these options aren't there, or there is something else you need to do with your reservation, it's best to call a friendly Cast Member and they'd be happy to help.
K, your vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort is right around the corner. Be sure to take advantage of the
water transportation that is usually available from
Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside and
Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter to
Disney Springs. There are so many great options in this shopping and dining district...and a theme park ticket isn't required. Of course, you'll also want to stop by
Scat Cat's Club - Lounge, one of my favorite lounges at the resort. I mean, how can you go wrong with the Baton Rouge Beignets, which are pillowy and delicious beignets jazzed up with your choice of 3 liqueurs? You can't. That's the answer to that question. You just can't!
If you have any other questions,
don't hesitate to reach out again.
Dreams do come true,
Matt
