    I was told the World of Memories Scrapbook store has closed but they'll be opening another one somewhere else mid Nov. is this true ?

    Hi Nicole,

    To the best of my knowledge this wonderful store has not closed and I have not heard any plans neither to close it or reopen it in another location.  I was in there shopping for my scrapbook just a few months ago when I was on vacation in July/August and then I visited one of my favorite stores located right next door "Art Of Disney".  This store is still listed on WDW's website as a store to visit (you can view this here) in Downtown Disney.  You can also find some very neat scrapbooking items in most of the gift shops located throughout Walt Disney World.  Good luck in finding your scrap book treasures and I am sure you will have luck at Disney's Wonderful World Of Memories located in Downtown Disney-Marketplace.  Have a magical day!
