    I have been told that some of the more upscale meals count as more than one "credit" in the dining service plan (I have the regular dining service booked for our 10/12 trip). What does this mean? Would some meals use up more than one table servi

    Hi Laura!  Great choice on choosing the dining plan!  I love it for my family's vacations.  You are correct in that all of the "signature" dining restaurants require two table-service credits on your dining plan.  The character dining at Cinderella's Royal Table also requires two as well as some of the dinner shows like "Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue".  Here is a link to a pdf file that has a lot of Disney dining plan information including what restaurants you can choose from.  Also keep in mind that as of January 1, 2012, ALL of the Downtown Disney restaurants will also be included on the dining plan.  Have a great trip!
