Was told by the travel agent that I could go on here and customize our magic bands prior to coming to Disney, however I can't seem to find this area, could you please help me with this? Thanks!

Hi, Sherry! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am happy to help! You are able to customize your MagicBands through your My Disney Experience account. If your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation is not yet linked to your account, you are able to add it using your confirmation number. If your travel agent has not given that to you, contact them for the information. Once your reservation is linked successfully, you may then customize your MagicBands by selecting the color of your choice and printing your name or a nickname on the inside of the MagicBand. You may also select to have the MagicBands shipped to your home address, which I highly recommend. Have a magical day, Sherry! ~Rachel
