Welcome back to planDisney, Nicola!
I'm sorry to hear that you are still having difficulty linking your tickets to the
Disneyland Paris mobile app. I'm sure that you're ready to have squared away for your upcoming visit, so let's see if we can work a little magic.
I just spoke with a Disneyland Paris representative, Nicola, and unfortunately, your booking confirmation is not sufficient for entry into the theme parks. You'll need to have the tickets linked in your app so that they can be scanned at the point of entry.
When you open the Disneyland Paris mobile app and are prompted to link your tickets, you'll have the option to either scan or manually enter the ticket number. Unsure of where to start? Choose 'Where do I scan?' and swipe for a visual of several ticket and pass types. Once you see one that looks like yours, scan the barcode or QR code in the area denoted. If you prefer to 'Enter Manually', you can select 'Where do I find my Ticket or Pass number?' and follow the same steps to identify the 11 or 25-digit number you'll need to enter to complete the linking process.
Now, if you booked your tickets as part of a Hotel + Tickets Package, your
MagicPass (which serves as your park tickets along with other magical perks) will become available in the app 7 days before your stay, and since you haven't quite yet hit that milestone, there's no need to panic.
If nothing I mentioned yields success in linking your tickets, I highly suggest reaching out to a
Disneyland Paris representative by phone or via the online chat feature (available 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM Monday through Friday and 9:30 AM to 5:45 PM on Saturdays, local Paris time). This direct connection will allow you to share what specific issues you are encountering with the process and deliver a timely resolution.
I sincerely hope this helps get everything sorted, Nicola, and that you have the most magical time visiting Disneyland Paris. Feel free to come see us again with any other planning questions that arise. You've got a friend in
planDisney!
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
