I have been told by my TA that in order to make park reservations I have to sign a waiver. Is this required by Disney?

Welcome to planDisney, Andrea! Thank you so much for stopping by with your question.

When you choose your Theme Park days using the Disney Park Pass System, there is an electronic disclosure you must agree to before you can confirm each day, which includes a COVID-19 liability waiver. Your travel agent could be referring to that, or they may have their own waivers since they are assisting you in planning your visit.

To stay up to date with any changes to operations or procedures during your visit, be sure to visit the Walt Disney World Resort Know Before You Go website and the Disney Parks Blog.

    Have a magical day, Andrea!

Meet the Panelist: Rachel, Wisconsin

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a “boy mom” to two rowdy little men at home and married to my high school sweetheart. I am fortunate enough that my prince charming loves all things Disney just as much as I do! For me, planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be just as magical as being there. It brings our family together as we dream, plan, and count down the days. I would be honored to help plan your visit and share in your family’s very own magic! Learn More About Rachel
