    I have been told that I can send a package ahead of our arrival at Port Orleans Riverside. I need to send abot 15 bottles of nutritional supplement+some food items. Can I do this & whewe do I address it to?

    You sure can! 

    I did this in October while my Husband was on Intravenous Nutrition Support and we had to ship his big box of Nutritional Supplements to our Resort. We called ahead to our Disney Resort and told them what we were shipping down and the Cast Members offered to refrigerate our box if it arrived way ahead of us. We were lucky & it arrived around the same time as us & they brought it to our room without us even having to ask!  I was thrilled with the Disney's Cast Members and their level of support with this.

    When you address your box make sure to include:
    • Your Name
    • C/O Disney's Port Orleans Riverside Resort
    • Guest Arrival date-{mm/dd/yy} & Reservation #
    • 1251 Riverside Drive
    •  Lake Buena Vista, FL. 32830
    We used UPS so that we could track the package just in case. UPS will ask for a phone number! Riverside's # is 407-934-6000.Also be sure to use the same name on your package that your reservation is under.
