Adam from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I was told rules have changed recently with embarkation and wine. We normally bring two bottles per person for total. Now being told that it’s one per person two total. Used to bring wine from each port of call as well.

Hello, Adam! It's great to have you stop by planDisney with your question. Welcome!

I'd be happy to clarify the updated Disney Cruise Line alcohol policy for you as you prepare to set sail this summer. Each guest in your travel party ages 21 and older is welcome to bring up to one bottle of unopened wine or champagne (not to exceed 750ml) or six beers (not to exceed 12 ounces) onboard at the beginning of the voyage. The alcohol you bring must be in your carry-on luggage only. If you choose to purchase any alcohol during your visits to ports of call, it will be collected as you board the ship and will be held for you until the end of the voyage.

I hope that clears up any questions that you have when it comes to bringing alcohol aboard the ship. It won't be long till you are packing your bags for your upcoming vacation, so if you have additional questions, I hope you'll cruise back to us at planDisney to ask.

Please make sure to have the latest version of the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app installed on your smartphone, so that you'll be all set to access the Daily Activity Schedule once you embark. The app will point your compass toward all of the fun that's to be had onboard. And there will be no shortage of fun! While at home, you can use the app to view the character-filled countdown to keep track of how many days are left till your cruise begins. It won't be long now!

    Have an amazing vacation,
