    I was told the reservation calendar was in real time and although the calendar is showing availability when I hit the reserve button it tells me it’s not available. This is so frustrating since we booked and paid for 4 days we want to see 4 parks…

    Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. I'm sorry to hear you are having difficulty making theme park reservations.

    Although the theme park reservation calendar should be in real time, it's possible that several guests were trying to make reservations at the same time as you. However, if you have tried again and you are still experiencing the same issue, you may need to speak directly with a Cast Member by calling Guest Services or opening up a chat on the Help Center page. I suggest doing this early in the morning or later in the day as the call volume is high during this busy time of planning. 

    Another solution to consider if some of the parks you want to visit have no availability for a specific day is to add the Park Hopper Option to your existing tickets. Then just make a reservation to any park for the day. As long as you've checked into that park first, you'll be able to hop over to another park at 2:00 PM, or whenever park hopping begins for the day.
