    I was told that multi day tickets with the expiration date January 12, 2021 would be extended to the date December 16, 2021. But I went on my app where my tickets were and they don’t appear anymore. So did my ticket expire?

    Welcome back to planDisney! Thanks for coming back with a follow-up question! 

    I completely understand your concern, but don't be alarmed if your tickets disappeared from your Disneyland App. The tickets were most likely removed because they reached their original expiration date. You should see them reappear on your account once the Disneyland Resort theme parks announce a reopening date. If they do not automatically show up, simply add them back to your account using the number below the barcode on your tickets.

    You can also reach out to Ticket Services for assistance with adding your tickets back to your Disneyland account. They can be reached at (714) 781-4636.
