Hello and welcome to
planDisney, Jennifer, we thank you for your question!
I am so happy to hear that you are planning a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation where you will enjoy many beloved and new experiences to create lifelong memories and it would be my honor to be of assistance with your planning!
Jennifer, if you are making a
Disney Resort Hotel Guest Room only reservation, a deposit equivalent to one night's stay will be required at the time of booking and the remainder will be due at check-in to be paid in the method of your choice. If you are booking a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation package (Resort hotel and theme park tickets) a $200.00 deposit will be required with the balance owing 30 days before your check-in date (subject to change). Payments that are currently accepted for Disney Resort hotel Guest Room-only bookings or Walt Disney World Resort vacation packages are valid payment cards, credit cards, check, money order, bank wire transfer or ACH, (subject to change). It has been my personal experience for every Walt Disney World Resort hotel stay, that upon check-in, I have been asked to present valid identification along with a valid credit card to be stored on my folio account. Kindly refer to your specific vacation package
Terms and Conditions for important information including payment policies, cancellation policies and insurance.
When you book your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation package, you are welcome to pay down your vacation package in any increments you wish, as often as you wish keeping in mind that your remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. You can pay down your vacation by
contacting a Cast Member at Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Reservations, or you could sign in to your Disney account and access your
My Disney Experience planning area on the top right, select
My Plans - Dining, Resort Hotel and Tickets where you will see your reservation information and the option to make a payment.
Tips:Once you book your Walt Disney World Resort vacation package, or if you purchase stand-alone theme park tickets you will need to secure
Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservations for each member of your travel party for each day of valid theme park admission.
Download the
My Disney Experience Mobile App to manage your plans before and during your visit.
Keep a close watch over any potential, periodic
Walt Disney World Resort special offers which may be of interest to you.
You can use
Disney Gift Cards to pay for your vacation and use these gift cards to pay for most vacation essentials during your visit including storing Disney Gift Cards as a Payment Method on the My Disney Experience Mobile App.
