We have been told by disney customer service that we will not get plane tickets in the mail. We are supposed to take a page of info with a barcode on it. Is this correct? Does anyone have any experience using this method instead of actual tickets? Thanks

Yes, Emily...this is actually quite common nowadays.  I think it's more cost effective for the airlines to use the e-tickets vs. the hard tickets.  I've never had a problem using my e-tickets...it's very simple - just print and bring to the airport with you.  You'll need to show this to an agent three times (along with your ID):

    - when checking in your luggage
    - when going through security
    - when boarding the plane

    I hope this helps.  Diane
