Hiya Katherine,
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us.
“Ah phooey!” I’m sorry you are having trouble with your
multi-day tickets to the Disneyland Resort! While you were correct that you do not have to use your multi-day tickets back to back, they do have an expiration date! According to
Disneyland Resort’s Ticket Policy - “Multi-day tickets purchased through
Disneyland.com or the
Disneyland app must be used within 13 days of first use (the first day you scanned into the parks) or by January 12, 2026, whichever comes first.” This policy is listed on the tickets site when you first purchased the theme park tickets. So if 13 days have passed since your last park visit, the tickets are no longer available for future park visits.
However, as Chef Gusteau once said, “If you focus on what you left behind, you will never be able to see what lies ahead.” So don’t give up, because you may be able to apply your unused or expired tickets towards the purchase of a new ticket! All it will take is faith, trust, a little pixie dust, and the assistance of a friendly Cast Member on the
Tickets line! Give them a call and they will be happy with securing tickets for your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort!
Before your visit next week, be sure to review all the tasty offerings at
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival! This celebration brings culinary cuisines and beverages from around the world for guests to enjoy! You can review these offerings on
Disney Eats: Foodie Guide to Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival 2024. Then all that’s left is to countdown one week until you’re
Soarin’ Over California!
If you have other questions about the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
