Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Gigi. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to hear you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in just two days! You and your family must be so very excited.
The Walt Disney World Resort is committed to providing inclusive, accessible, and magical experiences for all Guests.
Disability Access Service is just one of many tools available for
Guests with disabilities! At this time, Disability Access Service can only be requested at a Main Entrance Guest Relations location in one of the four theme parks. While you won't be able to arrange for this service at the Guest Relations location at
Disney Springs, you may certainly stop by while you're there to get lots of helpful information on how the service may assist your granddaughter.
The Guest Relations location at Disney Springs is in the Disney Springs Welcome Center in Town Center, near
D-Luxe Burger. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to chat with you about accessibility information!
When you arrive at Magic Kingdom Park, stop by City Hall, the Main Entrance Guest Relations location, to request Disability Access Service for your little princess. If you'd like to review some information ahead of your visit so that you're prepared, be sure to check out the
Disney Parks Disability Access Service Card Fact Sheet on the Disney Parks Blog.
I hope this was helpful, Gigi. I'm wishing you and your precious family a Walt Disney World Resort vacation filled with lots of magical moments!
Ashley
