Ahoy, Mary!
Welcome aboard planDisney! This is exactly the kind of question that helps keep packing stress from going full Ursula on your suitcase. Knowing what Disney provides lets you travel a little lighter and save room for those souvenirs that follow you home.
On the
Disney Dream, your stateroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap, all replenished as needed during your sailing. You’ll also find a hair dryer in the stateroom, which is always a welcome surprise when you’re
deciding what stays behind. If you’re loyal to a specific brand or have particular hair or skincare needs, bringing your own favorites is a smart move, but my crew and I have always been happy with the Disney products. They’re one of those small details that quietly make everything feel taken care of, like having a helpful Fairy Godmother working behind the scenes.
And when it comes to towels, Disney has you covered from bow to stern. Fresh towels are available on the pool deck throughout the voyage, and you can grab them freely without checking them out. When visiting
Disney’s island destinations, towels are waiting for you as you disembark. At Castaway Cay, they’re typically right as you step off the ship, and at Lookout Cay, they’re usually available once you step off of the tram. If you’re
heading out on a Port Adventure, towels are generally provided at the excursion check-in location. Exploring on your own? You’ll often find towels conveniently placed near the ship’s exit before heading ashore. Translation: no need to sacrifice luggage space for bulky beach towels. Just remember to bring them back at the end of your fun-filled day.
I hope this helps as you get ready to pack smarter and sail happier. With the essentials handled, you can focus on soaking up the sun, the pools, and all the magic in between. May your bags stay light, your towels stay fluffy, and your cruise feel smoother than a glide through Neverland.
Sea ya real soon with a little extra warmth, wonder, and Disney magic,
Dustin
