Hiya Monica,
Welcome to planDisney! I just returned from taking my little Mouseketeer to Walt Disney World Resort. There is something extra magical about seeing the Most Magical Place on Earth through the eyes of little ones. I’m sure your toddlers will have an incredible time during your visit.
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is one of my favorite queues to wait in. The tiny details are incredible, and the Cast Members make it an immersive wait. I understand why you would like to experience it (I think even your little ones will be impressed). I reached out to a Cast Member about your question because I don’t often see a lot of little ones in the queue. They assured me that your little ones could walk the queue with you, but when it comes time to get to the actual attraction, they will need to exit with another adult. As an adult, I’ve done this multiple times. When I was pregnant, I did this specifically with Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance; I walked all the way to the end with my Han Solo, and when we reached the part of the attraction that I wasn’t able to experience, I simply asked the Cast Member to escort me to the exit. I recommend double-checking with the Cast Member before entering the queue in case of a policy change; in my opinion, it is always better to be safe than sorry.
Before I let you go, I have two final tips for you. The line for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance can get long sometimes, especially with little ones; I always like to have some game on my phone to pass the time. It can help save you from the meltdowns that come with shorter attention spans. Although strollers are not allowed in queue lines at Walt Disney World Resort, my final tip is to double-check that your stroller adheres to
Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules. Double-checking ahead of time will save you from pauses at the park entrances. Strollers come in handy with tiny Mouseketeers, and if your stroller exceeds the parameters, it will not be allowed into the Theme Parks.
Please come back and see us if there is anything else you need.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
