Hey there, Christine. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.
Your
Walt Disney World vacation is right around the corner. I bet you are getting so excited! Isn't it great that children under the age of 3 can enter the
Walt Disney World Theme Parks for free? I like to consider it a gift from Mickey Mouse himself. Because your 2 year old does not require a theme park ticket, there is nothing to link to a
My Disney Experience account. This means your child won't have any
FastPass+ selections in his/her name. That's okay though because your child will still be allowed to ride with you, no problem! You'll just bring them along with you in the FastPass+ selection return queue. Because your child won't need any reservations in their name, they won't need a MagicBand dedicated to them during this vacation. Even though your child can eat for free at Walt Disney World restaurants, be sure to include them in the headcount when making a reservation. Per Florida state law, only so many bodies can be in a restaurant at any given time so adding them to the reservation will greatly help the Cast Members prepare for your visit.
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and ask.
