Todays question is, can I rent loungers/umbrellas at Typhoon Lagoon, planning on some chill out time and want to make sure DH is really comfy. Luv U Moms !

    Hi, Barbara!

Beachcomber Shacks are a lovely way for Guests to enjoy some shady R n R while at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon. Nestled in the perfect location, with chaises, a cooler stocked with ice and water as well room for 6, your Prince Charming will feel as if he really is royalty (especially when your personal attendant and waiter service check to see that you have everything you could possibly need!) Call (407) WDW-PLAY to inquire about rentals of these cozy cottages.

Should you rather not rent a Beachcomber Shack, just get to Disney's Typhoon Lagoon around Park Open. There are plenty of lounge chairs in shady areas scattered throughout the park; if you get there bright and early, you'll have your pick of location. My son and I found a great spot just last month, having arrived within 30 minutes of Park Open, and there were several areas still completely empty as we headed to our first attraction. However, within a short amount of time after that, those spots had filled up considerably. Check out this map of Disney's Typhoon Lagoon so that you can find the perfect location for your day in the sun.

Enjoy your stay! Send more questions as you think of them; we love to help!
