Greetings, Lydia. Thanks for popping by planDisney with your question. I'm happy to help a fellow
Disneyland Magic Key Holder!
I looked at the
Magic Key Availability Calendar, and it looks like Magic Key Holders are able to make theme park reservations up through January 15 (90 days in advance). Currently, both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure have available reservations for November 20th. So what gives? I think there are a couple of possibilities for not being able to see beyond November 14, so let's take a look!
My first thought is that your Magic Key might be due for renewal and expires around November 14. If this is the case, you are within the 30-day renewal window and can go ahead and renew through the
Disneyland Resort website. However, if you've already renewed your Magic Key and are still not showing availability past November 14, it could be that you are looking at the availability for your current Magic Key and not your renewed Magic Key.
Lydia, if you renewed your Magic Key and want to make a new reservation but your current pass hasn't expired yet, you must select your renewal pass before opening up the
Park Reservation Availability Calendar. To do this, go to the "My Disneyland" tab on the Disneyland Resort website and select "Theme Park Reservations." Then, click the "Make or Modify Park Reservations" button and select "Book Theme Park Reservations." The next page will list all Magic Keys connected to your account. If you are in your renewal period and the old pass hasn't expired, you should see two passes listed with the number of reservations available for each (i.e. 3 of 4 Reservations Available, etc.). Make sure you select the Magic Key that says renewal (for example: Imagine Key Pass Renewal), before clicking "Next" to choose a park reservation date. This should take you to the calendar with all available dates for the next 60 days. If you inadvertently selected your expiring Magic Key on this step, you would have been shown only dates until that pass expires.
Another possibility is that you have booked all six reservations for your pass, so you aren't eligible to book any reservations until you've used one or choose to cancel/modify an existing one. I think this is less likely than the previous solution, but I wanted to mention it just in case! (Trust me, this particular situation happens to me all the time!)
Hopefully, one of these solutions will fix your park reservation issue. However, if they don't work, please come back and we will troubleshoot some more - we need to get you to the parks, Lydia!
See you real soon,
Melissa
