Hi Jennifer!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so glad you stopped by with your question about your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation! It’s so exciting when your Online Check-In and onboard booking window finally approaches, isn’t it?!? I always feel like once I reach that point in my countdown, the remaining days seem to speed up! Hopefully it is the same for you and before you know it you will be off on your
Very Merrytime voyage at sea!
I understand your disappointment that some of the onboard activities you were hoping to book weren’t available when you initially went in to make the selections. But, all hope is not lost…there is still time to book the activities prior to your sailing online! I always recommend checking back often because other Guests may change their plans opening up space or sometimes additional spots magically appear! If you are unable to book prior to your sailing, I recommend checking as soon as you get onboard with Guest Services or Port Adventures to see about any availability. Disney Cruise Line does not keep a waitlist, but sometimes if you try to book an activity onboard they will take your name and contact you in your stateroom if there is a cancellation.
In the event you are unable to book the Royal Tea or secure tickets for the princess gatherings, perhaps your Mouseketeer would enjoy a trip to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for a special makeover. Additionally, there will be opportunities to
meet characters – including princesses – onboard. Check the Daily Navigator or the Navigator app for the complete schedule and locations to find your favorite Disney characters onboard!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
