Today is April 5, you reopen April 30. Any idea when you will start selling tickets? Getting pretty close to opening day. Will it be announced where it says that Disneyland is reopening April 30 on the main home page?

    Hi Maricela,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for sending us your question!  I was so happy to hear that Disneyland Resort will be reopening at the end of the month, I can't wait to spend more time at the Happiest Place on Earth!

The Disney Parks Blog announced last week that ticket sales will officially resume on April 15.  On the official Disneyland Resort Website, the information can be found under the Experience Updates - Theme Park Tickets and Tickets tab.  It is also recommended to check Theme Park Availability prior to purchasing your Theme Park Tickets to ensure there is availability for the days you would like to visit.

Once you have your Theme Park Tickets, you will also need to make a Theme Park Reservation in order to enter a theme park, since guests are now required to have both a valid Theme Park Ticket and a Theme Park Reservation.  As soon as you have purchased your Theme Park Tickets, simply follow the four easy steps and you will be all set!

    1. Sign in to your Disney Account or create a new account.  I recommend doing this prior to April 15, if you do not already have an account.
    2. Once your Theme Park Tickets are linked to your account, create your party.  You will need to link the Theme Park Tickets of everyone traveling with you in order to make a Theme Park Reservation for your group.
    3. Select the day and Theme Park you would like to visit.  If you plan on visiting multiple days, you will need to repeat this step for every day you wish to visit.
    4. For this last step you will review and confirm your reservation, which includes filling out a Covid-19 liability waiver.  You will then receive an email confirmation with a QR code that you will need to bring with you along with your valid Theme Park Ticket to the Theme Parks for entry.
I hope this information was useful, Maricela.  Sending you lots of extra Pixie Dust in hope that you will be able to purchase your Theme Park Tickets and secure your Theme Park Reservations seamlessly.  Hopefully you will be experiencing all of the magic Disneyland Resort has to offer in a few short weeks!
