Hello I would like tobplan a disney vacation for april 18-24th

    Hi Diana!

I'm so glad you've found your way to planDisney.  There's nothing I love more than planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation way in advance –– that way, I have plenty of time to make sure that every detail is practically perfect in every way.  Since it sounds like you're a gal after my own heart (and Mary Poppins, too!), let me share some details about planning your jolly holiday for April 2023.

I'm happy to report that Disney Resorts Collection hotels and campgrounds can be booked up to 499 days before check-in, which means you can already make room-only reservations for April 2023. However, you may have noticed these dates aren't available online just yet –– to book this far in advance, you'll need to make reservations over the phone by calling Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936.  Just note that ticket packages for 2023 haven't been released yet, so only your room can be booked at this time.  However, room and ticket packages should be released sometime this summer, so if you'd like to modify your existing reservation to include a package, you can do this by giving Guest Services another call once those become available.

Once your vacation gets a little closer, there are a few more things you'll want to do to help your trip run as smoothly as possible.  After purchasing your tickets, be sure to make your theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system (you'll need to make a reservation for the first park you plan to visit each day).  And since dining at Walt Disney World Resort is very popular, I also suggest making a few advance dining reservations for your vacation before you arrive.  While dining reservations for all Guests can be made up to 60 days in advance, if you're staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel during your stay, you'll be able to make reservations up to 60 days before check-in for the entire length of your stay (up to 10 days).  With these details in hand, I think you and your family will be in for a Supercalifragilisticexpialdocious visit!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Diana.  If you think of new questions as your vacation approaches, I hope you'll visit us again –– we're always here to Step In Time when it comes to planning a Disney vacation!
