I had tks to Magic Kingdom & Epcot for me & my daughter in Mar but couldn't go bc of COVID. Theyve expired and I can't get in touch w/anyone when I call. How can I get the expired, unused tickets reactivated? We want to visit Oct 5-8. Tks.

    Hi Michelle,

Welcome to planDisney! I am sorry that you all did not get to visit the Walt Disney World Resort in March, but am happy to see you trying to plan another visit!

Unfortunately, I believe your best bet will be to speak with a Cast Member by phone. With the ticket guidelines, you may be able to apply the value of those tickets to the purchase of new tickets. Given the dates of your intended visit, I would check the theme park pass reservation availability calendar first to make sure there are park passes available for those new dates. Once you get those new tickets purchased, be sure to link them in your My Disney Experience account. Tickets have to be linked to make park pass reservations.

Given that your new dates are right after the launch of The World's Most Magical Celebration, I strongly suggest that you make advanced dining reservations. These have simply been a must-do on our last two trips. Also be sure that you have the My Disney Experience Mobile App downloaded so that you can use Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, Mobile Dine Check-in, Disney Genie service, and Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability.

Michelle, I trust that you will get your tickets! Once that's done, be sure to get matching gear for your crew. We are so excited to welcome you to the magic!

    Magic and memories,
    Donyell
