We are going to going tk be at the Disneyland hotel for 9 days. I see the longest ti key is 5 days, can we add more days in at the 5 day price while we are there pre do we have to buy 2-4 day park tickets?

Hiya, Ryan! Welcome to planDisney. We are happy to help with your theme park ticket question.

Your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is almost here - you must be getting so excited! I spoke with Cast Member Jimmy this morning, and he informed me that it is not possible to book a Disneyland theme park ticket longer than 5 days. If you plan to visit the parks for more than 5 days during your stay (lucky you!), you will need to purchase the extra days separately. I hope this answers your question, Ryan.

With Halloween Time and Disneyland's 70th Anniversary Celebration both going on during your visit, there is so much to experience! For Halloween Time, be sure to check out the pumpkin decor on Main Street, U.S.A., and take a picture in front of the giant Mickey Pumpkin. Also, be sure to catch Mickey Mouse and pals decked out in their Halloween outfits. They are frighteningly fun! My family got to see Minnie and Chip in their costumes yesterday, and they were so fun! With 9 days at the resort, you can check out so many of the seasonal food offerings. The Disney Parks Blog has the entire Halloween Foodie Guide, so take a peek to see what some new favorite treats might be! I tried the Chicken Pot Pie Soup from Aunt Cass Café last week, and I cannot wait to go back for more!

Even though Halloween Time began last week, do not be tricked - there are still so many fun 70th Anniversary Celebration experiences to enjoy! I am loving World of Color Happiness! in California Adventure and Tapestry of Happiness in Disneyland Park. And be sure to check out the MagicBand+ Interactions throughout Disneyland; each one pays homage to opening day attractions, and my kids love searching for them throughout the park (though there is a handy list of locations here). There are also new experiences in "it's a small world," the Main Street Cinema, and the Opera House that you should be sure to check out!

Ryan, if you need help planning what magic to fit into your upcoming trip, please visit us again. We would love to help you make the most of your magical vacation!

    See ya real soon,
    Melissa
