Many guests like to make a dining reservation for the evening of the party. I like to have a table service meal for lunch and then just a quick service dinner either before or after we reach the Magic Kingdom. For instance, next week we will be visiting WDW and attending Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. That day we have an Advance Dining Reservation for lunch at the Rainforest Cafe outside the Animal Kingdom park. We are not touring the Animal Kingdom but our son requested to dine there. This restaurant can be accessed without park admission as their is a separate entrance. When guests have tickets to an evening Magic Kingdom party, they may enter the park at 4 p.m. with only the party ticket. This is an unadvertised perk. I suggest getting there and touring for a little while. Then have an early quick service meal. You'll be able to enjoy the party without taking time out for a long meal. Save your sit down meal for an evening where you can dine leisurely. If you really want table service for your dinner, arrive the Magic Kingdom before the start of the pary and have an early dinner. I would suggest Tony's, the Plaza, Crystal Palace or Cinderella's Royal Table. Your daughter might enjoy the pals from the Hundred Acre Woods at the Crystal Palace.
If you wait to dine during the party, your options are:
-complimentary hot chocolate, apple juice, apple slices and cookies
-quick service at Cosmic Ray's or Pecos Bill
-table service at Tony's
Visit Walt Disney World Resort to explore the magic.
