Bonjour, Harvey!
A warm welcome back to planDisney. We're delighted you've returned to planDisney with another excellent
Disneyland Paris vacation planning question! I'm thrilled to hear you've booked a spectacular springtime visit to Paris. Having just visited Disneyland Paris this past spring, I'm happy to share my recent experiences with you!
Harvey, if you're a U.S.-based Disney Parks enthusiast, I think you'll find the nighttime entertainment experience at Disneyland Paris quite familiar. In my experience, Guests began accumulating in the "hub" (known as Central Plaza) in front of
Sleeping Beauty Castle and down Main Street, U.S.A. about an hour before showtime. For a great, unobstructed view of the projections on Sleeping Beauty Castle, the dazzling drones above, and the wondrous water features, I recommend standing directly in front of the castle in the center of the hub. Keep in mind that a
new nighttime spectacular will have premiered before your visit, featuring projections and drones within the same show! This new experience will replace the current drone show,
Disney Electrical Sky Parade, beginning in early January 2025.
If you prefer a more leisurely and less populated viewing experience for your nighttime entertainment, consider purchasing admission to a
reserved viewing area, Harvey. If you've already secured your Disney Hotel + Tickets package, you should be able to make this purchase online by logging into your
MyDisney account on the Disneyland Paris website. The access point for the reserved viewing area is located near the entrance to Frontierland, and Guests are encouraged to arrive at the access point approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled showtime.
Harvey, I hope this information helps you to prepare for your overseas adventure to the magnificent Disneyland Paris! If you have any additional questions about your upcoming visit, you're always welcome to return to us here at
planDisney. We're all ears!
Warm wishes,
Lauren
