Hiya, Becky!
I can understand the frustration and concern over dealing with long lines when you have special needs kids in tow. Especially when our two special needs kids were younger, we worried about whether or not they could endure wait times for certain attractions. Fortunately, the Disneyland Resort is so great about making vacations as magical as possible, even for
guests with disabilities.
As you know, the two main
Guest Relations locations, at City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. and Chamber of Commerce on Buena Vista Street, are your full-service stops for information and assistance. But I have great news for you! The Disneyland Resort has also added various Guest Relations kiosks at convenient locations throughout the parks. These locations are even staffed and equipped to help meet most needs for
Disability Access Service (DAS), including initial setup. The only DAS service the Guest Relations satellite kiosks cannot provide is initial setup for guests under three years old, who need a special ticket issued first. Otherwise, they are at your service to help bring magic to your visit!
Speaking of magic, starting next week, a
strolling magician is coming to the Disneyland Resort! I’m looking forward to being wowed by this new entertainment offering in
Frontierland. I’m sure your family will also be wowed by the amazing and
award-winning attractions and entertainment that awaits us at the Disneyland Resort.
Have a Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah time, Becky!
