Do you have any tips or advice for going to Disney World pregnant?

    Hi Brandie,

I'm super excited to hear that you'll soon be back at "The Most Magical Place on Earth," and this time you'll be visiting with a little Mouseketeer on board! Congratulations! That's SO exciting!

I've experienced multiple Disney vacations while pregnant, and I'd be happy to share some tips with you. First, while there are many attractions and experiences you'll still be able to enjoy, be sure to check the signage at each attraction to make sure that there is no warning for expectant mothers. Here's a list of attractions that you should not ride, so that you can plan ahead a bit. Also, as you know, there's a lot of walking during a Disney vacation, so make sure that you pack comfortable and supportive shoes, stay hydrated, and take lots of breaks if needed. If you should need any medical attention, you'll be glad to know that there are First Aid centers in all of the theme parks, in-room medical care is available at all of the Disney Resort hotels, or there's complimentary transportation to an urgent care center if you need that, too. Definitely take full advantage of the FastPass+ service and schedule three attractions or experiences before you arrive, then feel free to use the My Disney Experience mobile app or an in-park kiosk to make additional selections, one at a time. That will really help minimize your time spent waiting in lines.

Ooh...have you thought about making an appointment for a relaxing pregnancy massage at one of Disney's spas? Pampering yourself would be such a special treat!

Thanks so much for visiting us again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Brandie, and please let us know if we can help with anything else as you're planning your trip. Congratulations again, and I hope that this vacation is relaxing, fun, and truly magical!
