Hi Kathy! From one Keystone State
Disney Vacation Club member to another, a special welcome home to you and welcome to planDisney! Bell Services is such a helpful resource at the DVC Resorts. We use their services from the moment we arrive on property up until we bid the Resort farewell. It’s great being able to drop off our luggage and head straight to the theme parks while waiting for our room. They even have cold storage to store some of our perishables like grocery orders we have delivered for our stay!
Kathy, it’s not mandatory to tip
Bell Services but if you are pleased with the service provided you should certainly tip. There are no official tipping guidelines but if it’s helpful, I generally like to tip around $5 per luggage, especially if they’re lugging some of my heavy luggage up a flight of stairs at
Disney’s Old Key West Resort or helping me to load the luggage in a vehicle upon checkout. I may tip a smaller amount like $2 to $3 per bag if Bell Services is just holding a smaller duffel bag or backpack for me.
