will tinkerbelle still fly through the air during the fireworks at the mk? i heard she is being relocated to epcot due to the renovations. Also is there a place outside of Epcot to get a good view of the illuminations?

    Hi Amy!

Tinker Bell flying from Cinderella Castle at the beginning of Wishes is one of my most favorite things in Walt Disney World!  The answer to your question is yes, Tinker Bell is still flying from Cinderella Castle at the beginning of Wishes.  I just saw this at the end of February and it never ceases to amaze me and I will admit that it even makes a quick tear come to my eye.  The Tinker Bell and the Fairies Meet and Greet has been moved temporarily to Epcot during the Flower and Garden Festival.

As far as watching Illuminations Reflections of Earth from outside Epcot, the only thing that you will be able to see is the higher, bigger fireworks bursts, but you will not be able to see the lower fireworks and ground effects because of the large trees that surround Epcot.  I have found that around the Boardwalk area of Crescent Lake is a good place to see the high fireworks bursts.

I hope that seeing Tinker Bell flying down from Cinderella Castle is a magical moment for you on your next trip to Walt Disney World!
