Hey there, Terri! Welcome to planDisney.
You've brought us a great question! I'm here to let you know that there is no limit to the number of times you can cancel a theme park ticket reservation.
As a courtesy, it is recommended that you cancel a reservation if you are not going to be able to visit on that reserved day. Since there is a cap on reservations for each day, your canceled reservation may help another Guest be able to book a day they are looking for. To do this, simply log in to your Disneyland account, hover over "My Disneyland" and click on "
Ticket and Reservation Details". On this page, you would want to click on "View My Park Reservations" and then scroll to see all of your upcoming reservations. Next to each reservation, you have the cancel option.
I'd also like to share with you that should your ticket expire before you are able to visit, you are able to use the purchase amount of a wholly, unused ticket towards the purchase of a new ticket of equal or greater value per the
eTicket Terms and Conditions.
Be sure to take a look at the
Disney Parks Blog to see if any new and exciting offerings or entertainment may be taking place while you visit the parks. I love checking it before I go to make sure I don't miss out on any limited-time food offerings.
Terri, thanks again for stopping by planDisney. We love helping Guests like you get answers to their planning questions.
Carrie
