    Is there any timeline for when things like the Harmony Barbershop will open back up? Coming late spring / early summer and would like to get our son's first haircut there. Thanks!

    I love that you're getting ready to make memories with your little one this spring/summer with a visit to Walt Disney World Resort. I have such fond memories of our first visits with our two girls (who are all grown up now!), and I cherish all those wonderful "firsts" we experienced together. Seeing the magic of Disney through a child's eyes is one of the most awesome things you can experience as a parent. 

    A visit to Harmony Barbershop on Main Street U.S.A. is such a sweet way to celebrate a first haircut. As you know, the quaint little shop is temporarily unavailable, and they haven't yet announced a date to reopen. Slowly and surely these experiences are starting to come back, but they haven't shared a timeline of when that reopening date may happen. If it does reopen before your visit, you'll be in for a treat with the "My First Haircut" package, which includes a Commemorative Mickey Ears Hat, Keepsake Lock of Hair, and a Milestone Certificate. 

    There are so many fun things for little ones to see and do on a Walt Disney World vacation. From Peter Pan's Flight in Magic Kingdom Park to Journey Into Imagination With Figment in Epcot, you'll be sure to find something he will fall in love with around every turn. I encourage you to consider purchasing Memory Maker, which includes digital downloads of all the professional photos taken by Disney PhotoPass photographers. You'll want to capture those precious moments with your little Mouseketeer! While all guests ages 2 and up are currently required to wear a face covering at Walt Disney World Resort, you may now temporarily remove your face covering while taking outdoor photos as long as you are stationary and maintaining physical distancing. I can't wait to see everyone' s smiling faces in their vacation photos once again.

    I encourage you to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information and announcements regarding the reopening of Harmony Barbershop. I'm truly hoping you will get some good news before your trip!
