What time of the year is the least crowded to go to Walt Disney world in Florida.

Hi Lori! It used to be much easier to tell a guest when the "down" times were in the parks at Walt Disney World. But it seems now that every month can bring crowds as there are so many new things opening and new activities and entertainment happening and guests want to come and experience it all.

Generally, the end of January and beginning of February are some slow weeks as well as the coolest weather. May is not bad and early June but summer months really pick up with crowds. The end of August and into September are usually a bit slower but with big Disney offers in packages this is becoming a popular time too. Early November until Thanksgiving is still pretty good and early December is not horrible if you want to come and enjoy the holiday lights and festivities.

There will always be crowds and know that sometimes during the least crowded times is when Disney will also close down attractions to get them refurbished. So find the time that best suits your family for a vacation and plan away. I am sure you will have a magical time no matter what and if you need help with the planning we are all here to assist you in any way.
