What time of year are the cruise prices lower? Trying to find the best deal for a cruise out of NY or FL. THANK YOU!

Hi Amanda! Generally speaking, the best way to save money on a Disney Cruise is to book it the very same day cruise fares are released. Staterooms are priced by tiers, so the earlier you book your cruise the lower the cost. In addition, certain stateroom categories sell out very quickly. Therefore, securing an early reservation is a wise move. You don't mention when you are planning to sail, so I will suggest visiting the Special Offers page on the Disney Cruise Line website. There you will find special pricing information such as Military Rates, Kids Sail Free, Onboard Credit, and other discounted offers, for selected sail dates. Typically, cruise fares tend to be lowest during January through mid-February, and late August through October. The latter period falling during hurricane season. However, I wouldn't let that deter you from booking a cruise then. To learn about my friend Andi's excellent thoughts on sailing during that time period, read HERE. In addition, I would suggest checking with Disney Cruise Line often as rates do change frequently. You may call (800) 951-3532 or check rates online. Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you. Enjoy planning your fabulous cruise with Disney Cruise Line!
