It's our time and I am wondering if my 4yr. and 6yr. olds need car seats to ride from the airport or within the park? Also, we purchased a packaged deal and picked a resort. Do we get to choose which building or room? Should I call about that?

Hi, Shannon! The Magical Express and other Walt Disney World transportation vehicles do not require the use of booster/car seats.  On the Magical Express, if the Guests arrive with booster/car seats in tow because of airline regulations, they are usually asked to stow them under the bus.  There aren't any seat belts on the buses to secure car seats or booster seats anyway. The buses between resorts and theme parks do not require them, either.  So, leave that booster/car seats at home, travel light, and enjoy your trip! Your kids will enjoy the freedom.

If you have a room request, you should call your Walt Disney World Resort directly about 10 days before your check-in date to let them know what you need.  You can request a certain building or which floor or nearby/away from the elevator, etc...  Of course, the Cast Member will explain that there's no guarantee that the request can be honored, but, in my experience, if there is any way to make it happen, they will.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
