1st time to WDW and was wondering do you have to show your ID every time you go into the parks? At Seaworld CA you presented your multiday ticket and then they scanned your finger print. This process really slowed down entry inside and with excited kids.

    Hi,

You do need to present your card every time you enter a park as well as having your finger print scanned.  I have been to WDW during all different times of the year and have never found it to be a hassle.

I think all amusement have similar processes to ensure that only paying guests enter.

One way that my family shortens our entry time is by not bringing bags into the parks.  That way we don't have to go through the security bag check line and can enter through the very quick "guests without bags" pass through.

Hope you and your family have a wonderful trip
