Hi ! Many time WDW vacationer-but-I have never asked this question. Can you still go into a tabl service restaurant ( Via Napoli ) and just order a dessert and just pay cash ? They have this amazing Ameretto cherry sundae that I just cant live without. Thx

    Hello Mary!

Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! After reading your question, my curiosity was piqued and I had to head over to the Disney Parks website to check out the Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria menu! I assume what you are talking about is the "Coppa di Brutti Ma Buoni," which translates roughly into "ugly, but good!" The menu describes it at as an amerana cherry and vanilla gelato sundae- holy cannoli that sounds good!

In my experience, you can visit nearly any Table Service restaurant and order just dessert. The big exceptions are Character Dining experiences, buffets and and locations offering only Prix-Fixe menus.  You should be able to visit any dining location that offers a typical menu without characters and enjoy a sweet treat.

I hope this helps with your planning. And, you have given me a new treat to try the next time I visit the Walt Disney World Resort!

    See ya real soon,
    Anne
