1st time at WDW and we have twin 3-1/2 year olds. We have a front/back dbl stroller that we can bring but I found a place to purchase a side by side umbrella stroller reasonably and folds up to a few inches high but is wide. Which do you recommend?

    Hi Jenny,

I think that you'll find pros & cons with both strollers. Here are some things to think about before making a final decision.  If its possible, take a "test drive" with the double stroller with your twins in it to get the feel of how it will handle. Take it around tight turns to test how easy it is to navigate. There are lots of places at Disney with tight turns, narrow isles & lots of crowds to maneuver around.  A side by side stroller may be harder to navigate through the crowds than the double "in line" stroller. You will want a stroller with a lot of storage space underneath. Some umbrella type strollers offer storage while others do not.  You could always get the "S" hooks to use but test how much weight you can hang on the back without tipping the stroller over when your twins aren't in it.  You'll have to "park" your stroller at most attractions & you don't want everything to go flying every time you do. Your twins will want to kick back & rest so go with a stroller that reclines. Make sure the stroller has sunshades & raincovers. The side by side will probably offer your twins an equal view of everything so that they aren't looking over the other one. After taking these things into consideration, make your final decision based on how comfortable the stroller is for your twins because they are going to spend a lot of time in it.

No matter which one you decide on, make sure you put your name & cell number clearly on the stroller. Also put a bright ribbon or something that will help you easily identify your stroller in the sea of strollers when you return from an attraction. Let us know if you have other questions.  Have a magical trip!
