Hi! 1st time to WDW late Jan '09 trip arriving at 6 am 1/24 and leaving 6:40 pm 1/31 w/ DH, DS15, DS13 and DS7. After reading touringplans.com I am debating on getting the park hoppers. Planning on doing every park twice except AK. What do you suggest?

Our family will be at WDW in late January too. I think park hoppers are great to have, especially this time of year. For example, if you tour Animal Kingdom in the morning and early afternoon, then you can park hop to the Magic Kingdom which is open later and offers evening entertainment.

Your plan to spend 2 days at Hollywood Studios, Magic Kingdom and Epcot will work very well. Your sons will find thrill rides at each park to enjoy. Animal Kingdom can definitely be done in one day. Although it is nice to slow down and look at the details in this park. It's truly beautiful.

Also, should you get a very rain day, then I would head to Epcot's Future World!
