Hi. 1st time visitor to WDW. They have coin-op laundry @Pop Century. It would mean packing half the clothes, so is it easy to find & lots of machines available (& not $20 per load) that would be great! Please let me know if anyone has used before.

Derek, Disney's Pop Century Resort has a giant big wheel, a three story tall cell phone, and possibly the best themed laundry areas in Walt Disney World.

Typically a load will run you two dollars and machines accept your Key to the World card or change. While at the Pop you can wash and dry in a floppy disk drive, bowling shoe repository, or a flower power themed laundry room. For my family of half a dozen I often find there are not enough available washers and dryers so timing the process around our schedule is tricky. Plan to be able to wash only one or two loads at a time. Stock up on enough socks and undies to last your entire trip and buy a T shirt or two for souvenirs to keep laundry duty to the bare minimum. Enjoy your vacation in the parks and pool, not the laundry facilities.

Please contact me if I can help you with any additional questions.
