1st time visit to WDW (w/7yo + 4yo twins). We have a 7 day pass (staying at AOA 1/29-2//6). We will go to MK on 1/29 and 1/30 -- what are the best days for the other parks? We want a day of rest mid vacay + perhaps a trip to SeaWorld. Other tips? Thanks!

    Hi Jennifer!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

That is a relatively quiet to medium time at Walt Disney World, so I think you are fine scheduling your trip without worrying too much about crowds.  However, if you really want to plan around the crowds, then I suggest visiting the independent website TouringPlans.com.  That is the website for the research team behind the tour book "The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World"  They are famous in the Disney fan community for producing a crowd calendar that predicts the crowds in the parks on various days.  Their recommendations are based on a lot of math and years of data collection.

Be sure to make Advance Dining Reservations (ADRs) for any Table Service restaurants you want to experience.  ADRs are critical these days and they can be made up to 180 days in advance.  ADRs can be made online or by calling (407) WDW-DINE.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
