Ahoy, Sarah! Welcome to planDisney and thank you for sailing over with your Disney Cruise Line question. It looks like you will be sailing where magic meets the sea in a matter of weeks and are ready to finalize all of those last minute details.
Disney Cruise Line uses the stroke of midnight as the controlling time for Online Check-In, but that is based on midnight Eastern Time. If you are trying to complete your Online Check-In from the UK, then you will have to factor in the conversion for your particular time zone including any impact from daylight savings time on either side of the pond. It appears that British Summer Time is currently 5 hours ahead of Eastern Time, so you should be able to login at 5:00 AM on your designated Online Check-In date.
Remember that first-time guests can begin the Online Check-In process 30 days prior to embarkation, but
Castaway Club members get earlier access with the exact number of days being determined by their specific membership level. If you need to verify which date your online check-in opens, go to the main
Disney Cruise Line website, login to your account, and click on the tab at the top labeled “Already Booked.” That will open up a drop-down menu where you can select “My Reservations.” Your upcoming cruise page will open and there will be a section labeled “Cruise Details” on the left. Under that is a section labeled “Online Check-In,” which will list the exact date.
If you have any other last minute questions before your embarkation day, then please reach back out to us at
planDisney. Happy sailing!
