Hiya Kimberly,
Welcome to planDisney!
Early Theme Park Entry is one of my favorite perks of staying onsite at a Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel. My Prince Charming loves to take advantage of getting in lines for attractions, while I love that I can get a picture of the family in front of Cinderella Castle without a million other Guests trying to do the same. Honestly, it is a win/win for the entire family!
Kimberly, the Transportation and Ticket Center traditionally opens around 60 minutes before Early Theme Park Entry at
Magic Kingdom Park. Looking at the park hours for November 7th, you can anticipate the parking lot opening around 6:30 am. In my experience, it isn’t always 60 minutes exactly, so be prepared that it could vary depending on the day.
Since you are planning to use rideshare to get to Magic Kingdom Park, can I recommend something? I almost exclusively use a rideshare to get to Magic Kingdom Park, and when I do, I always choose the
Minnie Van Service Connected by Lyft. Why a Minnie Van, you ask? Cast Members drive the Minnie Van, and it takes you to and from select locations within Walt Disney World Resort, including two and from the Theme Parks. There are so many reasons why I love Minnie Vans, but my favorite is that it drops you off where the resort hotel buses drop Guests at Magic Kingdom Park. This allows you to bypass the Transportation and Ticket Center! It saves a lot of time, and it is a no-brainer if you are planning to use rideshare. Use your app to order your ride just as you would with a traditional Lyft. Only make sure to select a Minnie Van as your default vehicle. If you have any other questions, please come back and see us.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
